Is it easy to apply your skins?

Extremely. We use the highest grade automotive vinyl, with glide and pressure sensitive technology. The Skin won’t stick until you press on it, allowing you to adjust and re-position with ease. Our Skins are also bubble free.

Can the Skin be applied to a case?

No. Our skin kits are cut only to fit the device. We do not recommend applying the skin kit to a case.

I've damaged my skin during installation, can I get a new one?

We understand that accidents sometimes happen. Simply contact us with a picture of your skin damaged during installation, and we’ll send you a new piece for free!

Removal

How do you remove the skin?

Peel from one corner and pull the skin at sharp angle. Be patient and gentle. If you have trouble, we’ve found that a little heat from a hairdryer or sunlight really helps.

Will there be any residue after removal?

No, our skins don’t leave any residue. In very rare cases, slight residue may remain (usually if you try to remove hastily). This can easily be removed by rubbing at the area with an alcohol wipe or sanitizer.

Are Skins waterproof?

Yes, our Skins are waterproof, but applying the Skin kit to your device won’t make your device waterproof.

Do your Skin kits work with a screen protector?

Yes, we recommend applying the screen protector first and then the Skin on top.

Are Skins reusable?

No, unfortunately skins are designed for a one time use only. Skins are adjustable during application, but once they’ve bonded you will likely stretch the Skin when you remove it.

Will the Skin fit my device?

Yes. Each of our Skins are designed to perfectly fit the device chosen. We rely on customers recognizing their devices so that they can choose the correct Skin kit. If you need any help, simply message us and we’ll get back to you ASAP!

Is this Skin matte or glossy finished?

The surface has glossy finish, resembling polished glass. This gives your device a slick shine, and makes the colors of the artwork appear much more vibrant.

How thick are Skins?

Our Skins are ultra-thin (0.15mm or 0.006″), yet incredibly strong. This ensures your device retains it’s sleek natural shape. Skins will resist wear and tear, scratches and last for many years without fading.

Will the Skin damage my device?

Absolutely not. Unlike our competitors, our Skins are made from the highest quality American vinyl on the market. No residue or damage will be left upon removal. Skins actually safeguard your devices, with style, by adding an extra layer of cushioning and scratch protection.

How long will my Skin last?

Our Skins are exceptionally durable. They are designed to last up to 10 years when applied and cared for correctly.

Can I use a case with my skin kit?

Our Skin kits will work with most third party cases. We recommend clear cases, so that your Skin can be shown underneath.

How do I care for my Skin?

Stains or markings can be removed using a dampened cloth. Avoid using any chemical based cleaners, which may damage the Skin and device. For difficult stains, we recommend using mild soap and warm water.

The Skin covers the touch pad, will it still work?

Yep, our Skins are incredibly thin, ensuring your touch pad functions are completely unaffected.

Skins are made from vinyl, a highly bendable and durable sticker-material. This allows the Skin to wrap around and bond to the shape of your device.

What kind of vinyl material are you using?

We only use premium American vinyl from Avery Dennison – one of the oldest and most reputable brands in the industry. Our vinyl is typically used for car wrapping, giving it maximum longevity and conformability. This is why our Skins are easily re-positionable, bubble-free and removable.

All our Skins are covered with a tough glossy laminate, preventing artwork from fading and scratching.

How do I make a purchase?

What types of payment are accepted?

How do I cancel my order?

You can usually cancel, change or add items to your order within 2 hours of placing it. Please contact us as soon as possible.

I bought the wrong Skin for my device, can I swap?

Absolutely. So long as the skin kit is in its original unused condition, we can exchange your item. Simply, contact us and we’ll fill you in on the details. Exchanges are subject to our Returns policy.

Why isn't my device model listed on your site?

We may not have Skins listed for your specific model as of yet. We’re rapidly expanding our product range, so stay up to date on Instagram and Facebook!

The product seems lost in the mail, what now?

If it’s been more than 4 weeks after shipment, and you haven’t received your order, please contact us. We will investigate the case and make sure you receive your package.

Product arrived damaged/bad condition, what can I do?

Please email us and describe the issue using photos. We’ll do everything we can to help you. If the item has been damaged in transit, we’ll ship out a free replacement.

What about international Taxes, VAT, Duties and Customs?

Our prices do not include taxes and tariffs. Customers outside of Australia may be required to pay these fees as applicable, upon delivery. Charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We do not have control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country. We suggest you contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
